Specifying
The right stone for a lobby floor is the wrong stone for a pool surround.
Absorption, density, slip resistance and how a surface behaves once it is wet or in daily traffic all change which material will hold up. A shade chosen only on how it looks in a photograph is how a project ends up replacing a floor in year three.
Every application below lists the materials we would actually put into it. Where a specification is unusual, or the destination climate is extreme, send us the detail and we will say plainly what will and will not work.
