Manufacturing
Every stage happens on one site, so material is not handled by three companies before it reaches your port.
Process
Each stage has a defined output and a check before material moves on. That is the whole method.
Blocks are assessed at the quarry for colour consistency, crack lines and grain direction before purchase.
Blocks are sawn to the ordered thickness, with tolerance checked across the full slab width.
Slabs are polished, honed, flamed, leathered or brushed to the specified finish and gloss level.
Slabs are laid out and grouped by shade so a single order ships as a visually coherent lot.
Cut-to-size components are measured against the approved drawing before they leave the shop floor.
Material is crated with edge protection and moisture barriers, then loaded and sealed under supervision.
Finishing
The finish changes how a stone performs, not only how it looks. Flamed granite grips underfoot when wet; honed marble hides etching that a polish would advertise; leathered surfaces disguise fingerprints on a dark worktop.
Tell us the application and we will tell you which finish is correct for it.
